Bob and Sarah Lea demonstrated how to make this traditional soft Norwegian flatbread made with potatoes, flour, salt, sugar, and cream. Making lefsa is a practical way to preserve potatoes from the fall harvest. Bob and Sarah shared about tools and techniques they use for lefsa-making success. We had a great turnout and a lively crowd. Thanks to Bob and Sarah for teaching and to everyone who came to the event! Below you'll find the handout and video.
