Herbal Tea

Garden Nook Tea & Gifts owners Amy Kaiser and Mary Hoffman presented on the basics of herbal tea along with many varieties of tea and their medicinal benefits. Teresa Harmala also shared about some varieties you can plant and grow in your own garden or landscaping. Participants enjoyed a lovely tasting of various teas offered at the shop as well.
